Why do I want a life coach?

Your life coach is not your therapist. Their goal is not to treat a mental health disorder, rather, their goal is to help you identify your goals, the obstacles in reaching those goals, and the strengths you possess within yourself to reach those goals. Maybe there is a career, education, family life, parenthood, or relationship that you’ve always wanted, but have always seemed just barely out of reach.

Reasons people hire life coaches:

  • Guidance in navigating life change

  • Career transition

  • Continuing one’s education/going back to school

  • Improving Parenting Skills

  • Growing into a better leader

  • Achieving Health & wellness goals

  • Adapting to the pressures of being an athlete

  • Personal & professional development

  • Clarify Life Purpose
